BOOKING CONDITIONS

* Payment of 20% deposit of the total booking essential adelantado.Pago to confirm your reservation by bank transfer. Remaining amount at the time of arrival or two weeks before by bank transfer.

* Cacelaciones: You can cancel your reservation at least 60days in advance (2 months)

* The client will have a telephone number to contact the owners.

* Check in 16:00 h, 10:00 h Departure

Cancellation:

* If you cancel between 15 and 29 days before, will be held 50% of the reservation.

* If you cancel 14 (or so) days prior to arrival, cancellation fee of total booking.

* If the customer does not want to stay in the property, is not entitled to a refund of the reservation.

OTHER CONDITIONS

* The house is ready for the arrival of the client, and their facilities running. Thus, damage to the property or its facilities by the customer will be paid before departure.
If the client will detect any abnormalities in the dwelling or its premises, notify the owner as soon as possible.

* The number of people staying in the house can not be higher than agreed in the reserve, babies cot service is offered free.

* Not allowed unless specific request at the time of booking.

* The owner will not be responsible for the incidents relating to the security and safety of the pool, is the sole responsibility of the customer.
