Mallorca Villas Pollensa
is born from the idea of an owner of several villas for accommodation in the north of Mallorca, particularly in the area of "Pollença, which has decided to rent the same and villas to offer customers a more direct service and more adjusted prices.

All our villas have fully fitted kitchen, private pool, Cable TV, microwave, washing machine,......

The villas that are currently available:

Villa Can Xanet Petit: Small construction of about 70m ² located in a beautiful land of about 6000m ². It has 2 bedrooms (4 persons), and also has a nice grill to enjoy a meal outdoors.

Can Xanet Grand Villa: Villa 200m ² on plot of 6000m ² and consists of 3 double bedrooms for up to 6 people, also comes with everything you need to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Villa Can Toni: Huge farm 7000m ², with a total constructed area of 300m ², up to 12 people. It has a pool of about 50m ² and is very well connected with all the Pollensa area. It also has everything you need in a villa at this level, ping-pong table, microwave, oven, washing machine, dishwasher,....

Pollensa
is a village in the Balearic Islands, Spain. Located on the island of Mallorca. His name can lead to confusion with the ancient Roman city of Pollentia (now Alcudia, considered one of the oldest and most historical of the Spanish Mediterranean.
